1.Standard Overview

2.Test Preparation

Sample Preparation:

Aluminum foil film samples must be selected according to the dimensions and quantities specified by the standard. Generally, the samples should be intact aluminum foil films, large enough to perform the required test operations, and free from damage, wrinkles, or other conditions that could affect the test results. For example, samples may be required to be square with side lengths within a certain range, such as 100mm × 100mm.

Test Environment Preparation:

The test should be conducted in a standard laboratory environment, with temperature and humidity controlled within specific ranges. Typically, the temperature is maintained at 23°C ± 5°C, and the relative humidity at 50% ± 20%. Additionally, the test area must be well-ventilated, but ventilation should not interfere with the test flame or the combustion behavior of the sample.
